Just wondering, do you think chewing gum can help keep you face in shape?

  • I doubt it would get rid of a double chin but the exercise might be good for TMJ.

  • Never heard of that one. I do know that chewing gum while taking a test helps stimulate the brain.

  • Yes! it does help. I had gained alot of weight working a graveyard shift because of the eating late not sleeping right...to cut back on my cravings, I'd chew gum which would in turn make me thirsty so i'd drimk more water hence the fullness to the tummy and when i'd be ready to take my lunch- cereal was just fine with a side of fruit and a bottle of water, then back to the gum as dessert for the remainder of my shift. Ihad a very physical job, so needless to say the work out was there-

I've found this pretty helpful as well 50lbs later...
