  • cook boneless chicken breast on each side for 5 minutes. put in a baking dish. put brocolli (fresh or frozen) on the chicken. mix 1 can cream of brocolli soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup together. add 1/2 cup mayo and 3/4 cup milk to the soups. pour the mix over chicken and brocolli. melt 1/2 cup butter and add breadcrumbs to it, til its like clumpy. sprinkle over soup. bake at 450 for 25 minutes. its so good. SO thinks its the best meal i make.

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder on chicken, then drench with plain yogurt, and let it sit on it for a while.dip chicken in bread crumbs mixed with grated parmesean or romano cheese fry for 7 minutes on both sides in olive oil, then put lid on pan on low heat until juices run clear. I had that tonight, very quick, easy, healthy and delicious

  • Stick it, rump side down, on a half a can of beer (or pepsi or anything else for different flavors) salt and pepper and put it in the oven at 350 for 35-45 minutes or till done. Called "Beer-Butt chicken"...

  • Marinade boneless chicken breasts in 1000 Island dressing for about 30 minutes. Coat in bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, until no longer pink inside.
