OK. What is a "bump"?

How do you do it? And what is it for?
Thank you very much!

  • Hi,

When you view a group's forum, posts are listed in the order of when the last reply was added.

When someone posts "bump" in a reply to a post, they are bringing the whole thread to the top of the group so more people will see it.

  • FYI: It works in groups. It doesnt work here although I see people try to do it frequently. I always laugh because they thing its making the question appear at the top of a list & its just not. Same with journal posts. It doesnt move them up the list merely by posting to it.
