a while ago my neighbor came over and conviencingly asked us to remove some trees.he said to clear up the yard.well in good faith we said yes.not knowing he was doing this to put up a fence...well he never pulled up the stumps which are on both our property but the fence is clearly on there i went over to the fence cause i noticed something was going on.well the stumps (of course )are growing and lifting up the fence...well this fence has left a lot of animosity between the 2 families.does anyone know the law or what going to happen now..we arent going to let him dig up the stumps because for one he didnt put up the fence in good faithand and 2he didnt take down the trees in good faith.any ideas???(maybe hurricane bill will come along and take down the wholething..

  • Theirs people you could hire to have these stumps pulled out, however if they were his trees he is responsible for them, not you. If he doesnt care for it then you could take a chainsaw and cut it down to the ground it shouldnt grow after that.
