sugardoodle cookies

I dont know what I'm doing wrong but my kids like my neighbors cookies better than mine I have a recipe that calls for shotening,should I add margarine instead? Can you give me a recipe that is the bomb!?

  • Some cinnamon/clove/nutmeg/allspice to the mix, and I use a little less oil instead {coconut} of butter/shortening/margarine.
