  • One day at a time. It's not so bad if you just remember that this is the next step in life, and our bodies were designed to handle it. I'm now on the other side. I took no drugs, and I still have all my plumbing, so I know it can be done. It also helps if you have a loving, understanding husband to laugh with you when it gets really turbulent.
