  • We slice them thin and either deep fry or bake them with olive oil brushed over them. Then we add garlic powder, pepper, and either Old Bay seasoning or season salt--not too much though. I say "we" because if I am cooking, I bake them and if my husband is cooking, he deep fries them.

  • I either buy a bag of fries and cook them in the oven or make them from scratch. I thinly slice a regular potato, toss in a little olive oil and coat with some garlic salt, maybe some pepper or whatever I'm in the mood for and cook in the oven at like 450. I also make rosemary potatoes which are quartered red potatoes tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with rosemary, sage and a little garlic salt and baked at 450.

  • lol. I buy the frozen bag of sweet potato fries. I have many time thought of making my own and then quickly put it out of my mind. :0) Like I have time to cut potatoes when I can buy them ready made. No really I'm gonna do it one day! Really.
