  • This is not an infallible answer, but usually a televangelist (Jimmy Swaggart?) or door-to-door protestant proclaiming the "good news" or someone who is anti-Catholic comes to mind when I think of an Evangelical Christian.

  • A Christain is a follower of Christ...An evangelical Christian is one who proselytize's at every opportunity. IMO.
