my kitten

i have a female kitten she is about 7 months old and she weighs 5-6 pound she is very tiny, i mean she eats well and plays with my two other adult cats i am just wanting to know if this is her correct weight.

  • She sounds like a smaller-sized cat, and her weight sounds healthy. She will probably only be 8-9lbs when full grown. As long as you have food out for her and she is eating, it should be okay, but I second the vet recommendation to check for worms.

  • check her poopies.... pick a few fresh ones apart w/ a disposible fork. If she's eating and drinking and pooping and peeing then everything should be OK..... just check her butt and poo for wormies often, until or unless she seems bigger to you

  • One of our cats is still tiny, and she's over a year old. She only weighs about 8lbs. At seven months, she was like 5lbs. Some cats are just small :)
