breastfeeding and Wake Up on Time energy formula

Has anyone ever used the wake up on time natural energy formula with all the B vitamins that you take before bed at night? I have a bottle I had purchased before my pregnancy, now I am breastfeeding. Wondering if you can take it or not while breastfeeding? Does anyone know?

  • I read this: "Water soluble vitamin supplements (e.g., B vitamins, vitamin C) taken by the mother usually increase breastmilk levels. Breastmilk levels of some water soluble vitamins, such as vitamin C, only increase up to a certain point, then remain steady – even if mom increases her dose."

The only one you have to be careful about is Vitamin B6.  Doese greater than 300mg a day could be hazardous to you and baby.
