Could I be getting close?

I am 37wks along as of today! So yay finally hit the full term mark. For the last 2 days I have been having very intense Braxton Hicks, they have been more painful then ever...but still irregular so i know its not contractions. I have alot of Pressure down there to the point that my *lips* hurt...Sry for the TMI. Also, My stomach has been soo hard and sore...i feel like i could crack if i was an egg.

  • Sounds like you could be really close. I remember feeling very full "down there". A few hours before I wnet into labor sitting down was tender. Good luck!

  • I had BH contractions with my 2nd child 2 days before i went into real labor. I still did not believe it was real labor because they were 12min. apart, but they were consistant. They never got any closer than 12min.. until i became 9cm. I was 7cm when i got to the hosp. I did feel a great deal of pressure down there for about a week before labor. I would guess that you are getting close. I had all 3 of mine at 38wks. Good luck
