Im 18 weeks pregnant, why do i cramp so bad?

i know that the baby is growin and my uterus is stretching, but that should only hurt every now and then. i have a constant pain in my pelvic area. it hurts the worse when i use my stomach muscles or when i twist or turn, or raise my leg, etc.

  • that happened to me too, in all 3 pregnancies, exspecially my second, she shoe would lay right in my lower side area, ouch, It has to do with the babys position, you can always rub and tickle your belly when you feel the pain and get the baby to kinda move alittle, my dr said my baby was on a nerve

  • yea usually when i rub it, the pain seems to lighten up a little bit. so maybe thats my problem and nothin is wrong.
