  • lasagna!! penne ala vodka. pasta with meatsauce, meatballs, chicken & pork in the sauce. pasta with alfredo sauce!! pasta with butter and garlic. spinach alfredo pasta i think its called. all of them with lots of parmasean cheese!! i love pasta!!!!!!!

  • Spaghetti and meat sauce, and mushrooms.

    Or there's this pasta salad.. let me see if I have the recipe handy: (found it, it is delicious and good also to take to a potluck)
    Italian Shell Salad

    1 lb shell macaroni (cook and drain, while still hot add onion to taste)
    3/4 teaspoon oregano
    Garlic salt to taste

    Mix and refrigerate overnight

    Mix together:
    1/2 lb shredded Mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    3 whole tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 head lettuce, broken up

    Mix one package Italian Salad Dressing according to package directions.

    Mix all ingredients together. Serve cold. Sprinkle with Italian flavored croutons if desired.

  • pasta salad my mom makes amazing i swear, those veggie swirly noodle, italian dressing, salad supreme to taste, salt, pepper, cucumbers, pepperoni, black olives, onion, serve cold! omg its amazing!!!!

  • Garlic oil noodles. Ricotta pasta. Chicken rigatoni. My pasta salad.....rotini pasta, grape tomatoes, pepperoni, mozz cheese, carrots, broccoli and cucumbers. I use any kind of ranch dressing with it. YUMMY!!!

  • I serve this it over broccoli (and I make double the sauce).
    Pasta and Tofu with Finger-Licking Peanut Sauce
    1/2 cup low or no sodium vegetable broth
    1/4 cup chunky peanut butter (I use smooth)
    1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
    2 teaspoons chile paste with garlic (add to taste, it is pretty spicey)
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    8 ounces uncooked whole wheat angel hair
    1 pound firm tofu, drained and cubed (optional)
    1 cup (2-inch) sliced green onions
    1 cup shredded carrot

  • Combine first 8 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until smooth, stirring frequently (this can also be done in the microwave; use a tempered glass bowl, like pyrex, cook for 20 seconds, stir, repeat until smooth). Remove from heat. Cook pasta in boiling water 8 minutes, omitting salt and fat. Add tofu, onions, and carrot; drain. Place pasta mixture in a large bowl. Add peanut butter mixture; toss gently.

  • Cajun chicken pasta, it is too die for, so creamy and delicious... I also love my sausage sauce with spaghetti and garlic bread, yum... I also have a great recipe for vodka sauce. NONE of those are diet friendly so I never get to eat them =(
