Well I'm a Beachbody coach so I can recommend alot of dvds lol. I guess it just depends on what kind of workout you like. You're going to need to do more than just something with crunches though. You need cardio and strength training as well. If you like really fun workouts I would suggest something like Hip Hop Abs or Turbo Jam. There's lots of others, it just depends on exactly what you want.
