  • Eliptical, pilates and eventually to get the belly weight, running. I hate running. Short distances three days a week on top of the gym.

  • Weight Watchers! And LOTS of walking. I'm down 45lbs(10 more to go!)

  • I'm still working on it for baby #2. It takes a whole lot of exercising! I have 15lbs to go and my baby is 11mos old. I've had 3 surgeries since she was born though that have kept me from progressing. Lots of cardio and weight training... I hate running so I mix it up with the eliptical, arc machine (my new favorite), the bike, circuit training.

  • healthy eating and regular exercise. I was wearing all of my pre-pregnancy clothes by the time my daughter was 5 or 6 weeks.

  • I sat on the couch eating Funions and chocolate cake. No joke. Weight just falls off me.
