(See link) I desperatly need someone informed and following these things to help me!

is this just "regular" social security, or SSDI too? I care for my husband who's on disability and those little bitty cost of living increases really do help every yr.

  • It looks as if the ENTIRE Social Security system is going to be affected by this.


    "But it's possible that beneficiaries will not see an increase in 2010, based on a recent report by the Congressioal Budget Office, which projects a COLA of zero percent if consumer prices decline in 2009. The CBO economic forecast includes expectations for lower inflation this year."
