how can i get my kids to listen to me more?

i have 2 kids my daugher that is going on 3 and my son going on to 2, right now im having a hard time with them listening to me. i tried almost everything. i just dont knw what to do. i have tryed time outs, yelling, tapping there butt and just telling them no. its really starting to stress me out. what should i do?

  • consistency is key. when the older one does something wrong (that shes knows better than to do) look in the eye and explain to her thats wrong, put her in timeout or take away a privlidge. then ask her when the punishment is over "do you know/understand why you got punished?" the younger one you'll just have to redirect.
