  • I'd suggest checking the courthouse records. Its all about location. The courthouse could provide prices for other one acre lots in the area and several are online. I used to work in property abstracting and the price varies SO much.

  • It just depends. i live in a rural area of East TN and an acre starts at around $3,000. My mom lives on 2 acres in Crossville and someone just bought it up for $100,000 per acre, it was on one of the main commercial roads there.
