How much do antibiotics truly mess with your birth control?

Does it just raise your chance of getting pregnant by very little or should I use a second form of birth control while I am on them?

  • Some antibiotics completely cancel out the pill.

  • They cancel them out, I got pregnant with my first while taking birth control and antibiotics.
