How old was your child when they first told you they loved you?

Mine just did yesterday (16 months) and he gave me a kiss with it!

  • I think my son was 19 months.. I asked him to say I love mama and he did - then the next day he looked at me and said it - well, he did what we know means I love you..lol!! and I got a hug with it

  • my DD is 15 months had signed I ♥ You about 2 weeks ago, now everytime i say I ♥ you she does the sign, and then wants kisses :)

  • Mine started saying it around 10 or 11 months. It sounds more like "I yu yo". :) Now she says it with hugs and kisses. She turned one on the 6th of this month.

  • My son is a late talker and didn't say it until around his 2nd birthday... and yes, it's "I yuh yoo."

  • My son is about to be 13 months on the 29th and he says I love you.. his first word was hello and then we worked with him to say hello I love you and he does its so cute.

  • My daughter just said it a few weeks ago, 16 months old, I asked her to say "love you" and she repeated it back and loves giving kisses as well. Its so sweet and makes me so happy :)

  • my son is 14 months and he has been saying it since he was about 10 or 11 months old... I just melt every time..
