  • If you're breastfeeding that will help a lot. Maybe not so much in the first three months (because you will be RAVENOUS!), but after that, as long as you eat right and exercise you will see it just fall off. If you'r enot breastfeeding it will be much harder for you, but you can still do it. Start keeping a food journal and write down EVERYTHING that crosses your lips. You will be surprised!

  • how long ago did you give birth??
its true that watching what you eat and exercise will do the trick. And remember it took 9 months to gain it, its not going to go away right away. For me BFing was the miracle! I lost all my baby weight PLUS 20 lbs......so its work, but can be done!

  • Same as any other time really....... you've got to eat less and move more!

  • My doctor told me that it took me 9 months to put it on, so don't get discouraged if it takes 9 months to take it off ;-)

  • I would start with simple changes.
Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
Replace meat and dairy with legumes like bean, lentils and tofu
