When is it no longer safe to do abdominal exercises?

  • I did them the whole pregnancy... I would talk to your dr though.

  • You can do them throughout the pregnancy you just can't be flat on your back later on in pregnancy but there are lots of ab/core exercise that you can do where you don't need to be on your back. But obviously check with your dr anyway.

  • i do pregnancy pilates. its not really anything too much, but it makes me feel better about myself. you can order them off of ebay for pretty cheap
