Anyone have any ideas on making the morning (afternoon and evening) sickness any easier?

  • it never really eased up for me until it completly stopped. I couldnt even keep crackers down or ginger-ale

    I just drank vitamin enhanced water, not gatoraide, like crystal lite...and I ate bread, some veggies, things easier on the tummy so it could digest as much as possible before i had to hurl. Good Luck, Eating crushed ice also helped me keep things down longer. Eat small meals, really small..

  • im in the same boat right now. morning sickness is kicking my rear end. and that isnt good cause i have a toddler. lol but i have noticed that DRY toast and sprite helps me a little a friend actually just told me this afternoon to try Ginger snaps. only like 3 or 4 at a time or u will get to much sugar.
    Havent bought them yet. but she just had her baby 3 mos ago and she said it helped her.
