Just wondering if the zucchini i had in my garden from last summer is still good? It has been stored in the freezer for less than a year and i am wanting to make zucchini bread today!

  • i would say yes it is still good as long as it is not freezer burnt or has ice on it, the other thing i would say is take it out ans smell it, if it smells ok then go and use it.

  • As long as there is no freezer burn it would be great for making bread! That sounds soooo yummy!

  • Just look at it.. if there is no freezer burn then I would say its ok. I normally try and use up things in the freezer before they reach 2 years!! Have fun baking!
