  • She could be sick, she could not be sick, call the doctor, i know you will get the answering service at this time of morning but better safe than sorry, see what the doctor has to say! If he doesn't call back within a half hour blow up the answering service call over and over, if that doesn't help within the hour take her to the hospital, the only thing the people in the er can say to you is that your a good mom for being concerned eventhough your husband/family members might think your crazy your not! Do what you feel is rite!

  • Although second though the gas could be what is now keeping her awake, and not wanting to be put down could be from her stomach being in pain and wanting to be comforted. as for the no appetite and the sleeping all day that's a deffinate call to the doctor.

  • I agree with the gas idea....its hard for them to sleep/eat when they have gas sometimes.. and not wanting to be put down try riding her of the gas patting her back and such.. though a call to the doctor or the nurse line would be a great idea!

  • To relieve the gas, you can place her on her back and bring her knees up to her stomache and back. rub her abdomen in clockwise bicycle movements with her legs too.
