what are some good exercises on the birthing ball to help move the labor process along?

  • you could try bouncing lightly....I sat on mine and stretched out my legs and moved them around a little bit. I also got on all fours with my arms over the top of the ball and my husband massaged my back and that really helped. the birthing ball is a godsen. It really helped me when I was in labor.

  • swaying w/ your legs wide open. it will open the hips up a lot. you can either sit on or lay over the ball.
