Is this normal?

My daughter is 15 months old. We brush her teeth at night and in the morning. She has the stankiest breathe for such a little girl. Is this normal?

  • Could be her diet. Something she is eating may be 'reeking' (lol) havoc on her system.

  • No, I don't think that's normal at all.

  • I would have it checked...bad breath isn't just from unbrushed teeth. It can have an underlying cause.........especially at that age.

  • Some kids have allergies and if they get a sinus infection, their breath can smell nasty.

  • Has she stuck anything up her nose lately? My little sister did that when she was about 1-2 yrs old. She stuck a piece of sponge up her nose and it got crammed into her sinus cavity, not to be seen for another 2 yrs!! Needless to say, her breathe was AWFUL and she got nosebleeds from it sometimes. One doctor finally figured out that she had something up her nose and pulled it out. :-/
