Stuffy nose

My son is 14 months old and has a stuffy nose. I have used the little noses and I have tried suctioning out what I can but he is just having such a hard time. This is the first time my son has been sick and my 3 year only got sick for the first time a few weeks ago but at least she can blow her nose. Anything else I can do to help him breath better. I feel so bad for him.

  • You can apply baby vicks on his chest when he goes to bed. Put a little on the palm of your hand then rub them together. From there rub the vics all over his chest. Put a short sleeve shirt on him too. Don't let him go around any cold air like air conditioning. A vaporizer works well too.
