  • With any kind of lunch meat you are supposed to warm it up first before you eat it, so if you warm it up first it should be okay for you to eat it that many times a week.

  • Like the previous poster sad, yeah people have done heroin fives times a day while pregnant and the baby is fine BUT Lysteria is something you can avoid by just heating your deli meat. It is not something that occurs in dirty places either. It is an air born bacteria that will most of the time end with the death of your child and sometimes mom as well. It is very dangerous and shouldn't be taken lightly. In the end though, do what you feel is right for you. I LOVED deli meats when I was knocked up and couldn't get enough sandwiches but I tossed the meat in a pan and heated it up! It still tasted great!
