How many oz (formula feed) does your 9 month old take a day?

just wondering since my son is eating more food now and less formula.

  • my little girl maybe gets around 21-25 ounces cause she eats a lot more food so when I try to give her more formula she just doesn't want it but she seems fine and is gaining weight

  • Other mom's are going to say it, so forwarning before the bashing may start.
Its generally a rule of thumb (all babies are different so i would ask you baby's Dr, for sure) that they should be using formula as their first line of eating. solids should be secondary.
But as long as your son is gaining and happy, as much as he will drink I would say.

  • Alicia takes in anywhere from 24-32oz... in addition, I'm also feeding her solids.
