CAR !!!!!!!!!!

please help me, should i get this car for my 17 year old daughter?

GMC jimmy, navy blue, 2001
80,000 miles used.
brand new condition, very good engine
(my bfs a mechanic and checked it)

$4,900

does it seem good? there is no rust and no oil leakage at all!

  • I do not know it seems it has a lot of mileage to me but if a mechanic checked it and he says it is o.k. go for it.

  • well I have a 2005 trailblazer which isn't much different from the jimmy except the name. I love it, mine is a little bit newer than the one you are looking at, but it is a safer choice if she was to be rear ended or something like that. I was in a car accident where I was in a malibu and was hit in the rear by a dodge durango and it smashed in my trunk and barely did any thing to the dodge. So an SUV is a better choice in my opinion, thats why Iswitched!

  • jimmys and blazers are nice just there downfall is the ball joints tend to go at about 100k miles and is roughly a 700 dollar fix i had a 99 blazer when i was younger loved it at 110k miles had to do the ball joints and learned it was a common issue but that was my only issue in 3 years owned
