  • The Three-Fold Law is the belief and principle on which energy is used. This law relates to the use of power and energy, for when used, power is returned to the sender, three times the level it was sent out. However each person tends to translate this in their own way. Most that I know see it not only as a rule to act magickly by but also to live by. Energy positive or negitive will return to you three fold. However emotions are powerful because of their energy, so when you put your emotions behind a belief or action that energy will return stronger and more powerful than you sent it out...

It's like how a day can start out bad, and the more you think about how bad it is it just keeps getting worse. But if you stop, and start actively thinking that the day will get better, it will. The positive energy that you put out can actually change things... because that energy comes back...

  • "Whatsoever you put out (in your magick) whether for good or ill, will return to you three times three." It is to encourage practitioners to keep their energy positive and not send out any spell that is destructive. Some people call it the law of Karma.

  • It's a law of Karma, and applies to all of your life choices. Whatever you choose to do, will come back at you 3 times more...bad or good. So every good deed you do will eventually come back at you 3 times better to your life, and the same is true for every bad action.
