I do not know about stuff with sugar substitute in it. But I drank a cup or two of coffee every day while I was pregnant. My 25 year old and 30 year old are just fine.

If you scroll down it will tell you that you can drink caffeine moderately (150 mg-300 mg) daily. I'm 19 weeks and drink 1 cup per day in the morning, I did the same with my previous 2 healthy pregnancies. I have heard that the aspartame in artificial sweeteners is not good for you at all let alone during pregnancy but not sure how much you can have.
