i have a few quetions

green tea pills.. do they work? have u tryed them ? how much weight weight did u loose and what was the time period?

Zendrine ultra is a diet pill i am on this.. OTC at walmart... any one have any success with this or reccomend a good diet pill..

also .. i hear alot about drinking the green tea helps you loose weight ...what kind do i buy?.. is the bottle kind at walmart ok **nestle i believe is 1 brand wud that work? how much do u drink a day too get reults?

  • Exercise and diet...the other stuff is all a hoax...the green tea is good for your body but not necessarily for weight loss

  • If you take any type of pills and u stop ur gunna gain the weight back or maybe more. Yes I know ugh exercise but its the best thing to do to keep the weight off.

  • When you go on a diet, or use a diet aid, you are just putting yourself on the gain/loss rollercoaster; frustrating for you, & hard on your body. In order to get to and maintain a healthy weight, you need to have a healthy lifestyle; this has the added bonus of setting a great example for your kids.
    Start with regular exercise, as simple as walking, for at least 20 min a day at least 3 times a week. Next, drink your water! at least 8 8oz glasses a day. Now, eat your fruits & veggies! 7-8 servings a day, in at least three different colors. Eat your whole grains (loaded with fiber, protein, and lots of energy-giving nutrients), 6-7 servings a day. Cut way back on (or eliminate) meat & dairy. Add beans, lentils & tofu to your diet. You can get free meal plans and recipes from Dr. McDougall, or find his books at your local library:
    Eat an apple or a big salad before meals

  • Are you expecting to just drink this tea and lose weight? Or just take these pills and lose weight? Because that won't help you lose weight unless you are eating right and exercising too.
