Have you read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights?

Do you know when they are being violated?

  • YES. I have read my U.S. Constitution and my Bill of Rights both. I can honestly say that I may not have understood all of the legal jargain but, I got the jist of it.
In fact, I ordered 2 copies for our home. I want my kids to really know what they're rights are, not just guess or think they might know or have to ask someone who may not know exactly. I don't want them to not know their basic rights as American citizens. All of them!! Especially in this day and time when people are diluting our rights more and more every single day.
I ordered them online for about $3.00 each plus s&h. and I have to say....I feel all the better for doing it and it's something every family should have in their desk drawer. (it's about 3x5 size)

  • Where?

It's typically required reading before anyone can pass 8th grade...

It must be driving you crazy that many people who voted can barely read.

  • Depends on the issue and how lawmakers "interpret"

  • Bothers me more that people just don't care. If they actually taught the constitution as they used to our country would be in a much differnt and better place.

  • Yes, but i did that on my own not because I had to for any reason. To be honest I think most naturalized citizens know it better than those of us born citizens. They have to take a class on it to become naturalized.

Not nearly as much as how they are raising their kids to think like they do
