What are healthy but sweet snacks?

I am trying to cut back on junk food but I can't cut out the craving.

  • fruit is the only thing that is sweet....if ur talking about choclate then good luck

  • you can try the special k chocolate bars. if i have a craving for something sweet usually i eat a popcicle or a couple peices of dark chocolate cause i love it! and its ok to cheat every once in a while

  • Fruit or Yogurt...I think Jello makes pudding packs that are under 100 calories!

  • I agree with amberstevens the 100 calorie packs are WONDERFUL! Especially the 100 Calorie rice cakes. I love mint and chocolate and those were GREAT!

  • -100 calorie packs (these were GREAT when I first started dieting and had a major sweet tooth!)
    -Pink Lady apples
    -Fruit mixed with yogurt
    -Pudding cups
    -Dried cranberries (my favorite!)

  • Like everyone else - fruit.

    If you have a real sweet tooth and like something sticky try fresh dates. I love them :)
