  • the only problem is i dont work out besides just walking like 2 miles through town pretty much every night or unless youd count sex (kidding), dont have the time for it. and i am soooo bad about eating healthy.

  • Exercise at home on your schedule and not with boring dvd's. Go see Or, you can do what I used to tape your stomach in. lol ;o)

  • You didn't specify if you need idea's for losing weight or just flattening your tummy!!! This is important! Crunches will strengthen but they do not really help you lose weight. But, leg lifts actually do more for your mid section to flatten your tummy!!! PLUS, they also help lift your buns!
