at what age do children start loing thier teeth

my son is two years old and has already lost a tooth dont know how or maybe it got knocked out at his daycare not to sure can any moms help with a little advice

  • o.O Yeah, he definitely should NOT be losing his teeth at 2. It must've gotten knocked out because usually kids don't start losing teeth until around five years old, or older. I would be raising hell with his daycare over that one because he should NOT be missing a tooth!

  • Children don't usually lose their first tooth until about age 5.

  • yea two is too young...either question daycare or bring him to a dentist....my child just lost her first tooth at the age of five

  • it could be daycare. or a medical problem talked to the pedriatician
