  • Depends on the state as every state has different laws. HOWEVER, if you have a question or concern, contact the state licensing dept!!!!

  • Look, who in the right mind will want a felon near their child? If you do, then my opinion is your child your prerogative but most moms out there will not even consider using your center if they knew a felon lived there. I hope that helps.

  • its not me, it my neighbor upstairs runs a daycare and her son a a felon. he has a horrible record and just a few days ago got in a fight with our neighbor over a lie. ourneighbor is now in jail. and the one that fought him is not. he pulled a gun out a few months ago on people too. hes on probation and i feel extremely unsafe around him and my daughter as well. im sure the parents at the daycare would feel uncomfortable as well, i wouldnt want a felon doing these things around my daughter!!

  • If for some stupid reason you are allowed to do that (and I highly doubt it) the parents must be aware of the situation because if I found out my daycare provider had a felon in the house around my kid and didn't tell me, there would be hell to pay!
