  • Change shopping habits. Don't buy junk. If it's not there you can't eat it.,

  • cut out all whites, add whole wheat, drink 8 oz glasses of water, eat more fruits..lean meats....fish, chicken, turkey...exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week..start slow..try to get in 90mins of workout time...

  • Also, when you shop, start at the cold food section first...you will not dawdle as much knowing that the food will go bad when it's in your cart. Make a list of the meal plan for the week and only buy what is on that list...stay away from asiles that are not on the list so that you don't splure buy...eat before you shop.

  • Protein. More protein, water, tea, cut up carrots, celery in water for snacking, whole grain bread and pasta or no pasta and little bread and cheese. Try tortillas for sandwiches instead. Legumes and nonfat pudding or jello for dessert.
