Gripe Water

So, my pediatrician told me to give my daughter gripe water in her bottles. However, it is $15 dollars a bottle and a tsp goes into every bottle she eats. Has anyone found it cheaper or have any suggestions on how to make the gas better.

  • boil a pot of water with ginger root in the water (main ingredient in gripe water) cut the ginger into pieces and boil it till the water turns a yellow color

  • I used Little Tummies gas drops. They were a lot cheaper than the water and worked pretty good.
