confused cant find any GOOD info via google any ideas ladies?

Ok so my next period is due September 8. or around then anyway. We are trying to conceive. But over the past few days ive had brown discharge and then yesterday a PINCH of red. What could this mean? My husband is currently switching jobs so we're uninsured at the moment so i CANT ask a doctor. (BTW this is NOT normal for me. I've never in my life had random spotting inbetween periods.)

  • Hard to tell, change in diet can cause breakthrough bleeding, you may be pregnant. I would wait it out and take an early pregnancy test no sooner that next week.

  • Sounds like implantation bleeding. Wait until your late and test. Good luck!

  • if you are, and this is implantation bleeding, nothing should be wrong

and if something were wrong theres not much a doctor can do at this stage but let nature take its course.

  • If you're still a couple weeks away from your period, it could be ovulation (mid-cycle) bleeding, because of a drop in your estrogen levels.
