is there a safe medicine....

.....to take for sinuses? Mine are driving me crazy!!!

  • Plain sudafed is ok. Also, you can use a humidifier, especially a hot one with the vick's inhalant in it. And those vapor steam tablets that you can put in the shower are great for clearing the sinuses if you don't want to take meds.

  • I know I was told to stay away from sudafed from my doctor, you may want to call and check with the office before you really take anything. I know my sinuses were killing me the first few months I was prego, I had gotten a sinus infection. The only thing I used and it worked pretty well was a humidifier and saline spray, and I just made sure that I had good tissues and blew my nose as often as possible.
