  • That's very normal, and yes, it will go away :-)

Babies are frequently "chubby" or have legs like that, then as they get older, grow, start to crawl, walk, etc, it goes away. As long as, as she gets older and starts on solids and stuff you don't feed her all junk food, etc, she'll be ok. After all, the term "baby fat" didn't all just come from mom's who didn't go back down to their pre-pg size :-)

An example of this - my dd had very chubby legs, and her cheeks literally were so chubby they met under her chin LOL. Now, she's 15 yrs old, about 5 ft, 5 inches, and wears a size 3 or a 5, depending on the cut of the pants, and has a very lean face. She hasn't dieted a day in her life, but she's active and eats healthy - for the most part. She is a teen, and does say that french fries are "the perfect food" LOL
