what do you do to surpress hunger?

any advice is appreciated

  • I eat more fiber or protein in my meals and drink a lot of water. Eating smaller meals then adding a mid-morning/mid-afternoon snack of lowfat cheese, cottage cheese, veggies & dip or other small snack will keep your energy up and hunger down.

  • Excecise. Lol now i dont mean a full regiment but like i take a 5 min run around the block or some sit-ups or push-ups. Really anything that works up a sweat gives me energy as well as the urge not to undo the FEW calories i burned lol. Keeps me from snacking

  • Eat. Just be wise about what you eat. Many healthy snacks is much better than one big unhealthy meal.
