If I cramp around the time I ovulate, and have been having unprotected sex is that a sign of conceiving?

i don't usually notice cramping during ovulation.

  • not necessarily. It just means there might be a cyst on the ovary. They usually burst so there isn't a problem but the cramping doesn't mean conception, it usually means the egg is fighting to get out.
