How hard is it to have a toddler with celiac?

The doctor wanted a blood test to see if my son has it. I'm kind of worried because a lot of "toddler food" has glucose. What can he eat if he does have it? Will we have to live our whole lives around this, read every label, be the annoying parents at the restaurant that ask a million questions about what's in the food?

  • Get. A. Baby. Food. Grinder.

    Toss. The. Processed. Gerber.

I grew up allergic to just about everything on earth and made out pretty good with whole foods and avoiding processed, packaged 'fast foods'. Cook some basic veggies and learn to blend 'em up in a processor or blender if you can't get the food mill.

Good luck with his diet, it can be harrowing at times!
