I did love to be supported in labor,while squatting. I had a partner or used the yoga ball. That wriggling side-to-side with my pelvis spread was great!
Did you know that squatting in labor opens the pelvis over 30 percnet? That can REALLY help move the baby down & out! Stay upright and squat, you're baby will practically fall out! lol! ;-P
