Do I have this right??

Obama's health care plan will be written by a
committee whose head says he doesn't understand it,
passed by a Congress that hasn't read it,
signed by a president who smokes,
funded by a treasury chief who did not pay his taxes,
overseen by a surgeon general who is obese,
and financed by a country that is broke.

What could possibly go wrong?

  • What are you talking about this sounds AWESOME! Kinda like a roller coaster ride with a faulty wheel, sure the first few rounds will be fine but it will eventually crash killing all!

  • wrong again.

Every detail in there is a well-publicised FACT.  You're wrong again, anon.

  • Okay, to the Anons who hold that those statements are wrong .... tell me which points are wrong and back it up with hard fact.

On the flip side - OP, while that structure makes it sounds humorous, it's all true and it's all very scary. I did laugh though.

  • Your statements are wrong. Who said they didn't understand it? ALL of congress hasn't read it? Congressional aides haven't read it? Who cares if Obama smokes, get off his ass. the treasury chiefs personal finances are irrelevant. the surgeon generals weight is irrelevant, but I will note the fact that you are shallow. And finally were you concerned with the fact that this country was broke, when it was fighting two wars under Bush, and then opted for a bailout of wall street? NOPE. Ahh hypocrisy.

  • We do not yet have a health bill ready for the president to sign.
