How do I add a picture to my page?

I have added a "Rich-Text Widget" to my page, and pasted one of my animated pictures code(URL?) to it, but on my page it just shows a box w/ a link to the picture...what am I doing wrong???

  • Hi Nynne,

Now let’s get those pictures to look center and fit.

Go to your edit on widget word. Right click on the image angel.

Your see at the bottom Alignment click there and center the image. Click Update.

On the lady Angel this is that you do. Again right click image. Your see Insert/edit image you see another box.

The dimension for the left column of you homepage for an image is always 440 width by whatever height you want it. I usually leave black. Make it fit perfectly.

The dimension on the right column again on homepage is 290 width by whatever.

Then click UPDATE you have it image fits.

I check on you tomorrow.  :-)

  • Are you using photobucket.com? If so you need to copy the "direct link" code. In your rich text widget click on "Add A Photo" and then click the "Paste A URL" tab. Paste your direct link code there!

  • 12:36 If she copies and pastes it and it's coming from your photobucket account she will be using your bandwidth. Along with that once the image is deleted from photobucket she will not have access to it anymore. It really needs to come from her own photobucket. =)
